SMS Messaging
When you sign up to receive automated marketing text messages from EVYNVAL, we collect information you provide during the enrollment process for our text messaging programs, including "EVYNVAL" (marketing messages) and "EVYNVAL Customer Alerts" (transactional messages). For instance, we collect the phone number and email address you provide when signing up for "EVYNVAL." We also collect your messaging history and any information you include in your messages when you interact with either program.

Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further messages from either program by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. If you have signed up for both programs, you will need to opt-out of each one separately. For additional opt-out details, please refer to our Terms of Service.

We, along with our service providers and third-party advertising partners, may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes:

  • Payment Processors: Any payment card information you provide for making purchases on the Service is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors.

  • Advertising partners. Third-party advertising companies for the interest-based advertising purposes described above.
